  • What is ‘My Account’? How Do I update the information?

It is easy to update your Avalife account and view your orders, Address, Invoice Details any time through ‘My Account’. My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions on Avalife. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password, track the status of your orders and place repeat orders.

  • How Do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once your make the payment through Avalife payment gateway it will give you a popup that you have successfully made the payment and your order will be dispatch soon.

You will also receive an email containing the details of your order when Avalife receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected dispatch or delivery time.

You will also be notified when the item(s) is shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

 

  • Can I Order a Product that is ‘Sold Out’?

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Sold Out’ are not available for sale. Please use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed of the product’s availability.

 

  • Can I be notified when Product that is Out Of Stock gets In Stock on Avalife website?

Yes, we have made this option available for better convenience of our users. There is an option of ‘My Wishlist’ and ‘Notify Me’ in product details page. If in case any of avalife product is Out Of Stock then you can select Add to Wishlist option which will add that product in your wishlist account and you will be intimated on your email once that product is back in stock if you are registered Avalife User OR There is an option of Notify Me where if you click on Notify Me button that products will be added in your Account and you will be notified on your registered email, once that products is back in stock.

 

  • How to Check Current Status of the order I have Placed on Avalife?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section

In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the ‘Order Number’ link.

 

Payment FAQ’s

  • How do I make Payment to Purchase product through Avalife/your website?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Avalife. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

You may use Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.

 

  • Are there any hidden charges on your website?

No, there are no hidden charges on avalife website. All the charges will be clearly mentioned on website before you select checkout option. There will be no extra charges after checkout or making final payment. Final Amount includes COD charges If COD, Tax or shipping charges.

 

  • What Payment Options are available on your website and is it safe?

Avalife has multiple payment options like Paypal which is one of the secure payment gateway. Apart from Paypal we have Vimeo and COD option available.

 

  • Can I opt for COD Option?

All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Pay By Cash on Delivery”. Enter the name and contact details of the person who would be receiving the COD order.

Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
